⏳ Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and production. Once your item is printed and packaged, you’ll receive a tracking email.

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after processing

Please note: Shipping times may vary during holidays, product launches, or due to carrier delays.

 

📦 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can check the status of your shipment at any time using the tracking number provided.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or hasn’t shown up after 20 business days (domestic) , please email us at hello@thesoulfulpathway.org with your order number and we’ll make it right.
