Return and Refund Policy

At The Soulful Pathway, we stand behind the quality of our products and the intention behind every design. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns on physical products (like apparel, mugs, or journals) within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@thesoulfulpathway.org with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you’d like to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We’ll review and send return instructions

  3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund or store credit

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

We offer refunds or store credit for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Wrong item received

  • Approved returns within 14 days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit only and is at the discretion of The Soulful Pathway based on the condition and reason for return. 

You’ll be notified when your refund has been processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the funds.


✨ Store Credit

Prefer to try something new? We’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. You’ll receive a personalized discount code to apply toward any future purchase.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or refunds on:

  • Digital downloads (such as the 7-Day Guide)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
